I am trying to hire an assistance, and I need to do a background check, but which site is good??

I want to just check her criminal background and her education. Or where can i check to see if she has a high school diploma??? I need to know...

The cheapest and most accurate site I found was http://www.v1g.org they have like 200 public records, and its the cheapest site online. I've been helping people here on yahoo by referring them to the site and a lot of them have been marking it as best answer so.. hope this helps.
