I am trying to hook up my HD projector, cable box, reciever and XBOX 360 together. How can I do this?

The projector has no speakers for sound which Is why I have the reciever. the projector has hdmi, as does the reciever, but the xbox360 does not. I have s video, etc fairly new equipment but pretty standard. Please help!

the info on the net is scarce about this reciever however knowing recievers you have the connections needed already to hook up your gear. run the projector through reciever with the hdmi. next connect the xbox with the s-video and run the rca's to the reciever. that should get everything up and rolling for you. but your xbox should have component connection on it. if thats the case run those right to the tv's component connections if equipped. this will give you a much better pic.

Difficult to answer without knowing what inputs your receiver has. However, it is very unlikely to be one that doesn't have s-video or maybe even componant in. Both these should take outputs from your xbox 360 and, depending on your receiver, it may be able to upscale the images through the hdmi port.
