  1. does it keep looping you around so that you can't get to the confirmation page?


  2. go to yahoo on you mobile and go to go to yahoo mobile and see if your phone is compatible. Some phones do not support it. But most should and do as yahoo is the most used. Did your phone come with it loaded already? If so call support for your plan. They can talk you through it. My Phone did not have it and I loaded it this way.
