I am trying to link my SAGEMmy401c to my computer via u.s.b. cable. The u.s.b. cable i am using is from another brand of phone as I did not receive one in my starter pack. My computer tells me it recognises the new sagem device but will not let me enter through the E:removable disk in MY COMPUTER. Thank you Val Norris
