i am trying to load an xp operating system on to hp e-pc 42 computer whose hard drive has been formatted or erased.When I conected the pc to the power supply I get a windows 98 flash screen and then a C:\> prompt but I cannot change the directory to the d:\ to enable me run the xp cd.At the moment I have conneced it to another DELL optiplex gx 270 pc in an attempt to use the network connection for this purpurpose.Please how do I go about this problem?.
