I have not worked out for about 3 years. I need to get back in shape. I am tired of getting bigger and bigger. I need to know what the best exercise routines would be to get me back into shape. Not only that but also what kind of diet. I weigh about 205 pounds right now and I want to get back down to about 190-195.

  1. I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too!   I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins.  Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things.  The toxins get stored in the fat in our body.  To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body.  This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked.  The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast.  If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website.  This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better.  Good luck whatever you decide to do!  http://diet4cleansing.com

  2. power walking!

  3. Be Realistic about your goals. what you mentioned earlier was a good goal. Bringing your weight down to 190Ibs is a great start.

Do not binge often because you will only impede your weight loss. If you want to have a binging spree, make sure you do it like once in two weeks. But dont eat a whole house. Just make room for stuff you like or miss on your daily healthy eating.

Because you weigh 205IBs, the best is to walk first. Do not run, as this will hurt your joints. Walk on an incline. It will help with muscle building. Lift light weights at first, and then lift heavier weights as you go along with your workout regime.

If you have the time and means, go for yoga sessions. They tone you up.

Motivate yourself. Do not worry too much about the scale, just think about your clothes and how great they look on you as you drop the weight. Make smart choices in food whenever you go out.

IF you can, go for a squash session once a week. Working out should not feel like a dreadful thing. You should WANT to do it because it makes you feel good.

I hope you do really well for yourself. Admitting to wanting a great workout is the first step. Just continue with the plan. you will look great in no time!

  4. The best exercise to reduce weight is running.

If you can run daily as fast as can for 30 minuets you will get very good results in 1 month.

  6. walk, jog or run every morning to start your day.

to tone your arm life weights.

to tone your theighs do squats and lunges.

to tone your abs do situps.

    and eat healthy !

(and do at least 100 of each everyday)

  7. You need to look at doing two things:

    Exercise.

I don't recommend long cardio or doing mindless repetitions of sit ups/ crunches.  This is not the most effective way forward.  Instead you need to switch your body into it's fat burning mode.  The way you do this is by exercising hard, and I mean hard, but for short periods, and really you'll be surprised how little it takes.  The mistake people make is not exercising hard - they think that taking it easy and doing lots will overcome that - it won't.

    Nutrition.

You've been getting bigger because your calorie intake is too high.  Many people think that eating low fat/ low calorie/ low sugar products is the answer.  This is as bad as eating fast food for you.  Instead you need to learn to eat foods which are good for you, and which don't trigger the weight gain and hunger pangs that the processed foods do.
