I stop eating fast food, soda and not eating after 6:00 o'clock, I start walking about 4 mile a day I drink 8 cup of water I am eat about 1200 calories a day and I have lost 9 lb in a week is that healthy?

  2. Totally normal. You'll lose a lot of water weight because you've reduced the sodium in your diet drastically by cutting out fast food. Don't beat yourself when the weight loss slows down, because it just means you've rid yourself of the excess water weight and you're down to losing more fat than water.

  3. yes in the beginning you lose a lot of weight, it will slow down after a few weeks
