I am trying to make a phone call to Zacatecas, but can't get through help!?

I have the phone number which are the 5 digits, obviously you have to dial the area code first which is like 011......but still can't get through, what is the area code?

I have also read that calling cell phones in Mexico now require 11 digit phone number instead of 10 digits used by landlines.  Add number 1 after the country code, thus:

the area you need to dial 011 52 (011 to dial out and 52 is the code for mexico)

and the the area code of zacatecas and the number

if its a cell you need to add a one after 52

  the number after 52 should be 10 digits 3 fer the area code and 8 for the phone number
