I am trying to make a vid for my Hubby in Iraq,I purchased a song, how do I get it on the vid,it won't let me?

I bought the song, now I just want to add it to the video I'm making. What do I have to do? I keep getting notes saying I can't do it,, even though I have a subscription,, and I bought the song.

What format is the song in? If it's a purchased song, it most likely has DRM (digital rights management) encoded into it, hence making it impossible for you to redistribute it. That's one method of stopping people from pirating songs.
