  1. Call the Stephens Co in Little Rock, AR.

If you make a great Power Point presentation, they might help.

  2. If you have that convincing of an argument to make and a working model (i.e. tried and tested) you should have no trouble finding investors.

  3. Why not enter a contest? Some claim much, but few deliver.

  4. If you are seeking a grant (which is a very different thing than seeking investors), then I would suggest you write up a grant proposal and do a web search on "energy grants."  My web search turned up numerous resources for grants for energy reduction projects.   And your local public library should have plenty of information on grant writing.

If you are seeking investment money to commericialize your product - which is a completely different thing from a grant - then you'll need to put together a business plan, along with information showing any testing, demonstration or pilot projects that you have done.  You'll be seeking "venture capital" or "angel investors."    You'll need to be able to demonstrate your plan for moving from your prototype stage to full commericialization, and you should have a go-to-market strategy.

If you just have a "revolutionary" idea, and are seeking money without having written up a business plan, or without a demonstratable pilot project; or if you are hawking some multi-level marketing scheme, then I'd suggest that you would do better to post your "question" in the Finance section.   There are plenty of very naive people there asking questions about how to invest their money.

    Good luck.

  5. I would suggest you prepare a business plan with documentation supporting your claims of huge fuel cost savings (independent tests by a recognized testing agency would be a good example).  With this, you should have no problem getting money from any number of venture capitalists.  What you have right now, sounds more like an internet investment scam.
