I am trying to plan a Moulin Rouge themed prom and am looking for ideas as to where I can rent decorations?

I want an elephant, a large one. I wouldn't mind splitting the venue into multiple personalities almost. Have one be more indian inspired, while the others hold true to the paris theme. Red and black are my school colors so that will be great, and i'd love love love to have an aerial artist and a man dressed as harry zidler at the gate taking tickets. I think that it would be cool to have actual iron (or fake) gates that people walked through to get to the dance. I also need help with deciding on pre-prom favors and how to get the kids involved. This year, prom was a Hollywood theme and the seniors remade movie posters by taking pictures of kids in the class. Thanks for the help!
