Did you mean drop ceiling? I did it one it was so simple. Used the Armstrong 2 x 2 tiles at Lowe's. You will need a pair of tin snips for sure. My time was about 3 hours for 400 sqft.

This is the site I used to plan & get materials list. I then went to Lowe's as Home Depot had shoddy broken stock.

I wound up using the stock 2 x 2 tiles and it was very inexpensive. BTW Lowe's is running 1 Year Same As Cash starting 6/13 if it helps.

I put in a drop cieling in a room in my basement as well ... It goes in very easy!!! I used the one with the 2foot by 4foot tiles and the room was about 16x14....
