I am trying to burn a dvd disc from on movie on my pc, and i cant, can you please recommend a program and how come it i am using dvd disc my dvd that comes already in my tv cant read it even though i have used bootleg cds?

You used bootleg Cd's ?......That could be the problem right there .

Bootlegged stuff isn't known for high quality standards
