I am trying to send commands from one PC to another, how do i do it?

I am sitting in front of both computers. I have tried telnet but it keeps saying could not connect to host. Both computers support telnet because I'm on telnet in both. Please explain how to send commands to each one.

You have telnet clients on both PCs. You don't have a telnet server on either most likely. You'd need to run a telnet server application on at least one of the two. Google "telnet server for windows" to see what's available.

If you are trying to remotely control one from the other, you might instead look into using remote desktop, RealVNC, PC Anywhere, or GoToMyPC.
