I am trying to set up a website where players can meet by time zones...?

I want a website where users can leave what time zone they are in, what games they want to play and contact information... This is for on-line games. For example,

What day you like to play

What time you like to play

What time zone you are in

What games do you like to play.

Are there any websites that can do this?

Surely just create a simple form and store the results in a database? And advertise your form on instant messaging, Facebook or similar.

You could further categorize the last question into game categories, e.g. arcade, strategy, fighter etc.

What are your favorite type(s) of game,

Where do you like to play

   Office, home, around friends

Which country might be more suitable than what time zone.

How many hours a day do you play on-line games, would be better than what time.

What time of day - then see where your traffic will be most active judging on the time zones submitted.

So yeah just a simple html form will do the trick. Go more in depth on your questions though. The more detail you get, the more you can work with.
