I am trying to set up a weekly exercise plan?

I would like to focus on my abs in particular, and I was wondering how often it would be advisable to put an eighth minute ab workout into my schedule. Should I switch off and do every other day to allow my muscles to heal, or can I do it everyday? I have the same question for all of my body parts. Can you help me incorporate arm workouts, leg workouts, ab workouts, lower ab workouts, and butt workouts into a weekly schedule? I just need to know which days I should do each workout. Your help is greatly appreciated.

  1. Ab workouts 3-4 days a week is all you need. Your stomach's appearance depends more on hard workouts and a clean diet than how many crunches you do.

    I do 3 days of cardio and 3 days of sculpting/weights (alternating days), 1 day off.
