I am trying to update my Blue-ray playerBD-P1500 i have downloaded the file by usb connection. i have put in the back of the player it has verified and now i have to press enter to start the down load. the remote does not want to work on the OK button the batteries are fine and the remote will turn on and off. i have to upgrade as the player will not play any of our films, new or one we have played before. please help.
