I am trying to upload some photos for e-bay via the usb from my camera?

Question

when i plug in the usb into the usb port. a folder page comes up on screen. usually a page comes up which says "copy pictures from my camera " etc.

what has happened? anyway i can find the page i want? thank you.

close the pop up and go to mycomputer and select your camera. copy the images onto your computer for a quicker upload and upload it on ebay

I can only tell u what I do when I plug my camera in or sd card

The folder page comes up and says exactly what you have stated,  you click to confirm then it down loads the pics,

it asks you once it is downloaded if you have finished working with these pictures I click yes,

I then go in to my documents and pictures  are there .

What exactly is your question? Do you want the page that says copy pictures from my camera or are you looking for something else? I have a HP camera and when I connect it a page comes up that says transfer. If you can't upload your pictures then it's probably because the usb cable is damaged. I'd suggest that you take out the sd card and insert it into your computer. It should upload the pictures.
