  1. There are 2 wireless utilities for managing your adapter. One windows and one (Belkin) with card software. Windows is telling you the Belkin wireless utility is enabled and to use it to configure your wireless connection. What operating system are you running, XP?

  2. You should have a Belkin icon in your system tray (the series of icons in the bottom right of the screen on the Start Bar) - go through this to set up your wireless connection. Failing this, there should be something called "Belkin Wireless Software" as a shortcut on your desktop, or through the Start Menu. On the settings menu, there should be an option to allow Windows to configure the connection.
