  1. the best advise i can give is to use the connection that you baught and cut of the end that connects to your corsa then you need to isolate the correct leads from your car. the chances are that they wont be the same colour so if you can get your hands on a voltmeter you should be able to find the correct leads. the manual for the stereo should tell you the correct colour wires for the head unit red=live black=neg ect. you should only need three connected to get power going live, neg and constant/memory hope this helps

  2. i had the same problem with a cdx going into a vauxhall 3 weeks ago it started to work when the aerial was plugged in dont know if its got a second earth on the aerial but its been fine ever since hope this helps

  3. Check your fuse first but it sounds like you do not have the correct "wiring harness adapter". You connect the wiring from the sony plug to the wires on the adapter harness and then plug it in to the factory stereo plug. They are color coded and should match the colors on the sony wires. Metra and Scosche are two companies I know that make harness adapters.  I have never heard of celsus, what are celsus head unit leads? Go to crutchfield.com and choose the "outfit your car option" then look under installation parts. It will show you the harness adapter you need.
