I am turning 13 and I need party ideas and themes. Can anyone help?

Well my birthday is in August so I do have time to plan, but I need ideas for my party. Not anything like dress up coz one of my friends did that for theirs or pool party coz my birthday is in August (Winter). So can anyone help me with themes and ideas please :-D

If it's boys and girls you can have a famous couples party or ask everyone to dress as a celebrity.

Welll for my 16th birthday party the theme was old hollywood.It was really cool! I went to a party store and got some tablecloths streamers plastic silver party trays and doiles everything I got was either deep red gold or white. Also we got these signs for the walls that said "hollywood" and "tinsletown" etc.and we bought some plastic pearls and feather boas the fun part is to buy some cheap makeup for the drug store .(like wet n wild brand) get red lipstick eyeliner mascara and stuff .set up a 'makeup table' with all the goods and a mirror so that everyone can get glammed up when they arrive. You can do each others makeup and put on the boas and pearls .tell your freinds to wear whatever they want but semi formal.when everyone gets there have music playing.like christina augilera's latest cd back to basics (its all old hollywood sounding) ella fitzgerlad and billie holiday and then have some snacks on the trays (it can be simple things like cheese and crackers or pastries).you can play games like write a differnet celebrity name on a post it and have an adult put one on everyones back without them seeing who it is then they can go around and ask questions about the person like"am I a girl?"do I have blonde hair? Stuff like that and whoever gets thiers right first wins.I hope this helps have fun!

Pimps 'n' hoes is not a great idea...especially if you want your friends' parents let your friends come.

I work at a teen center and coordinate a lot of parties. These themes have been successful: Hawaiian luau, under the sea inside (we gave away goldfish as a favor--everyone loved that), 50's theme sock hop (play Twister, Elvis impersonator competition, dance the twist, drink malts, wear roller skates, etc), or you can have a movie marathon and watch a handful of your favorite movies or movie themes--action, scary, comedy, romantic, teen, drama, cartoon,etc-- and eat your favorite cinema snacks, eat popcorn, lots of pizza, make ice cream sandwiches...
