A helpful utility called Unlocker is successful at deleting just about any file.  Google it and install.  Right click the file, unlock, and it will ask you if you want to delete it.  Easy.

you have bad sector on your hard disk to fix that right click on that drive and open properties and then go to tools and on check now on error checking select both option and click on start if window say to scan at next but then give it permission otherwise checking will be started after checking will solve your porblem
