I am unable to see properties box for any programme more then 1 second.then it hides.why ?

i am unable to make any changes in my installed programms.because PC is not showing properties box for long time.it hides the box automatically after 1 second.please help me

  1. Most probably your PC is infected. Try full system scan with a good Antivirus. Best Luck......!
