Firstly you have not given any information at all as to what your problem is, or what version of Windows you have, if indeed you mean by Windows the operating system or simply that when you try to open anything, the particular window is not working such as too small in that you've made smaller or minimised. So what you need to do is ask another question stating exactly what difficulty you are having, what it is you are trying to do that is not working and also importantly the version, i.e. Windows Operating System XP or Vista etc.
