I am under 18, can i take cigarettes to america?

I am under the legal age to smoke, and i am going to florida with my parants in 2 weeks. I know that i cannot last without a cig for two weeks when I get there. But the laws in america are differant. And i'm worried that if i take cigarettes in my suitcase that the security in the airport will check my bag and take them and tell my parants (coz mi parants don't know! ) it would ruin the whole holiday :S all i want to know is, is it to risky taking them? or shoul i just go for it????

I think your parents might notice as soon as they find you smelling like cigarette smoke. If you are caught smoking in the states under 18, you can get a fine. If you cant last 2 weeks without smoking a cigarette, maybe you should consider what that kind of addiction is doing to you and try to quit for those 2 weeks. You are too young to be ruining your lungs anyway.

Smoking is illegal in United States under 18.  If your parents don't know, I strongly suggest you don't try to "smuggle" them in.

in America, in order to smoke you have to be 16, and thats it.. but in order to BUY it you have to be 18... lol.. but anyways just pack it in your checked bags, and there shouldnt be a problem.. I mean they dont know whose bag is who.. lol..

I'm sure its risky but maybe you should just go for it. If you're scared, just get the cigarettes in America. Maybe you might pass. I'm living in Singapore, legal age is 18. But when I was 16, I could pass. It depends if you look mature or not.
