I am unhappy with Auto body repairs perfomed on my car?

My car was hit while parked around the corner from my house i took it to the body shop and they performed the repairs but the paint does not match the rest of the car i fixed it through the insurance so what do i have to do to correct this will the insurance take care of it ???? or is it my problem???

  1. Depending on the condition of the paint on your car, an exact match may not be possible. If they paint on your car is in very poor condition - oxidized- etc it may be difficult to match.

    However, if that is not the issue - take the car back to the shop that did the repairs. If the paint match is off, they should make it right. However, they will not repaint your entire car. The insurance company does not pay to paint your entire car.  The insurance company only owes to paint the damaged areas and blend into the adjacent panels.


  2. You need to contact the insurance company.  They will advise you

  3. They need to fix it so it is right.  Otherwise go to your inusrance company and they will withdraw payment from the shop stating that "the vehicle did not meet or exceed the condition what the vehicle was in before the accident"
