I am unsure whehther my partner still love me

I met my partner when we where in out teens and at first we did everything together and we both enjoyed each other company. However, over the last few years we have drifted apart somewhat and we seem to be spending less time together, and I am unsure whether they feel for me as I do for them!

You should try asking them... it might be time to just let eachother go. If it's destiny, you'll meet again.

Who is "they" and "them" you talk about it your question?  Sounds like he's becoming very comfortable in his relationship with you and needs outside time away from you.

Maybe u have spent so much time with each other that u both know each other inside and out, Try to find things to make it more interresting, u know spice things up abit.Maybe u need a break for awhile and see how u both truely feel, and it is ment to be then it will find away to bring u back or even draw u closer together. only time will tell. It may be a hard thing for u to do, but if u want the answer to this question then u should try this approach.
