ok i used to starve myself alot as an attempt to lose weight. I know I messed up my metabolism very bad

so idk what to do.

in a previous answer I was told to weight train.

I have weights at home, so Im wondering how much I should lift daily. how many pounds and how long? im not that strong...

also will this give me bulky arms? >.<

becuz I dont want big arms

  1. It will be next to impossible for you to get big arms. Girls don&#039;t have enough testosterone. Even men have to train VERY heavy and frequently for years to get big arms.

    Focus your workouts on bench press, squats, overhead presses, pullups and dumbell rows. Start light until you learn the proper form then do as much weight as you can until the eighth repetition of an exercise is an all out strugle to perform. Add more weight as you get stronger.
