i am using norton anti virus basic and 2009 security version on my hp pc pavilion with tataindicom plug to serve wireless modem. due to some reason one of the files or keys got deleted due to which i am unable to connect to the internet though the net is on incl rx and tx messages that i keep getting on my pc. i am also unable to connect to live update symantec . please advise or provide keys to resolve the problem
