  2. No just quit being shy.

  3. Write them out before you go and then work off of your notes.  Once you start to write, you will discover a vocabulary that will start to explain how you feel.  Then when you go to meetings pay attention to how others express themselves and you will be well on your way.

  4. Daisy, there actually is a class for this, at Local Community Colleges, not Universities.

It is called Assertiveness Training.  If none closeby, settle for "Communication".

  5. Confidence is the key for your problem. I suggest you to go on blogspots to write stories, so it can improve your expressions. As for the classes part, I don't think it is really that necessary to go, unless you feel like you CAN'T do it at all. I'm not really good on giving advices, but I hope this will help.

  6. Make funny faces at yourself in the mirror. Try to scare yourself in the mirror. Do a funny chicken dance in the mirror. Realize, that no matter what you do in the mirror people aren't going to not like you.

Sometimes you have to realize that people wont discard you for making a weird face, or giving an opinion. There's no such thing as a stupid question, and you own't be penalized for speaking up. :)
