I think that's fantastic! But..start here at home. Go work at shelters and soup kitchens and in general, get involved in your community. People love to say we are priveleged here in the U.S. and don't need help like they do in another country--but tell that to one of our millions of homeless. With the housing market so jacked up and so many foreclosures, there are a lot of families here that need your help.

Do class activities that educate and support your cause by sending aid to the places you deem to be in most need. Get everyone involved.
