Question:

I am very sensitive girl I worry about silly things.?

My mother often tells me that due to worriness I look too thin. Is it correct that one becomes thin and tired due to depression. I want everyone's help and advice as to become strong and more confident what I should do?

  2. Even i am very sensitive, but i never allow it to affect my health...

    Wenever i feel depressed, i use to concentrate on other things, which i like the most...... if u want to be strong, try to concentrate on other things, which u like the most

  3. Thats true that depression effects the body & Mind. we know in this world one cannot avoid worries. But instead of thinking or worring better to think of its solutions. and when there is no solutions better leave it to GOD. GOD will help u.

    Just do ur work to get your destiniy. Busy your self with some enjoyful work/ job

  4. It is bad enough to decline physically. Mental decline is even worse.

    You have to stay mentally clear and crisp. Healthy life style benefits your brain. Eat a healthy diet in high fruits and vegetables. Fish is a good source.  Eat less saturated fats and more mono-saturated fats like olive oil.  Turmeric and ginger have health benefits.

    Our emotions create the events in our lives. It is about the law of attraction. You think and feel sick and you are sick. You think and feel poor and you stay poor. You change your thinking and your feeling and you change your life.

    The happy birds are being sensible, logical. Every bird has to find its own food,feed its young,build its own shelter, constantly watch the  predators, deal with the weather, fly south for the winter and back or store up food for the winter or work extra hard to find food in the winter.

    Even it is singing  happily. Everything they do is logical, rational. sensible and they work very hard and accomplish much. Could you imagine what would happen to the bird if it decided," to h**l with all this hard work, I will meditate and be happy.?

    When we think negatively, our body responds by producing negative chemicals that can swiftly bring our end. When we think positively thoughts of life, our body produces good chemicals.

    If we are to enjoy life, now is the time not tomorrow nor next year nor in some future life after we have gone. Our beliefs in a rich future life are of little importance unless we coin them into a rich present life.

  5. it is good that you are aware of what silly things are. in fact, nothing is silly.  all that you need is to eat healthu and good food, study well and play well. just keep busy with meaningful and good things. your needless worries of silly things will vanish.

  7. Go visit a government hospital, see the kind of sufferings around you and then you will start appreciate the blessings you have.

    Strength and confidence is a relative item, once you know yourself if will have both.
