I am very thin and weak,if i will do PUSH UPS it will make my Body Strong ? Brother and sisters help me?

i am very thin and weak

this year i had to go in mtv roadies at any cost,they required strong humans

i cant afford gym fees

so if i will do push ups regularly will it make my body strong?

how many of you do push ups regularly? advice me please

i also suffur from constapation,so i will do exerciese it will cure or not

  2. If you are thin and weak, doing push ups without the right supplement can somewhat be unhealthy.

    I advise gaining weight first by eating more omega 3 fatty acids(fish and nuts), protein rich food(lean red meat, white meat) and healthy carbohydrates (fruits and vegetables) also if needed you could add an appetite enhancers or weight gain supplement to your diet. Then weight lifting, push-ups and crunches are good muscle building exercise. You should also be able to power walk or run for endurance.

    As always consult your physician before you begin any physical activity.

    its good to do body weight workouts

    situps pull ups and push ups

    i started off with four sets of 25

    but maybe its good just to see how many you can do. like 10  

  4. Pushups will help ALOT.  do a max set every night. i do pushups every day. and if you mix it up and do different sets, reps and variations you will get lots of upper body strength.

  5. It wont make your whole body strong just your chest & arms but do 3 dozen push ups every other day. The constapation part I don't know if it will help or not give a try.
