I am visiting Beliza City (Belize) for one day. What should I do?

I'm interested in anything, especially if it sounds odd. Despite enjoying it, the last thing I want to be doing is lying on a beach.

go cave tubing on a river in the rainforest at jaguar park!!! You float through a very dark cave with head lamps and there are bats.
