  1. london heaven of restaurant. The food are great and expensive. But im willing to spent on food.I myself spent 20pound on a meal. All Restaurant are best place to eat as long u got money.

  2. Harrod's, of course. For both.

  3. You should go to Harrod's for the experience - but bear in mind that stuff sold in there is completely over-priced (in my opinion).  Department stores like Selfridges can be good.  And for toys, you have to go to Hamleys on Regent Street.  There are great markets for shopping like Camden and Portabello Road as well as Oxford Street which has 100's of shops.

As for dining, there are some fantastic deals to be had at pubs.  As for restaurants, you can find everything in London from Thai to Serbian, so I'd suggest having a walk through somewhere like Covent Garden and checking out the menus!

  4. shopping's all on Oxford street.... i've highlighted some really good ones (NOT harrods - that's just for browsing the crazy prices):

    - Selfridges

    - Topshop

    - Next

    - Jane Norman (very fashionable)

    - Zara

    Eating:

    - u'll find millions of restaurants at any place you are, but you shouldn't miss the Haagen Dazs Cafe in Leicester Square (it's unmissable) for it's amazing icecream - out of this world experience and funky ambience

Also, if you're looking for a costly, funky food+drink experience, go to Mint Leaf (http://www.mintleaf.com). If you don't want expensive food, advice is not the enter a restaurant within Leicester Square.

    Enjoy!

  5. English food is lengendary for being lousy.  Just FYI.
