I am visiting Manchester (UK) for a day. What should I go to see and where's good to eat?

You could visit places such as the Whitworth Art Gallery which has paintings by constable and turner, also another good place for art is the Cornerhouse.

There are a few good museums there too theatres nightclubs etc.

Restaurants are a mix of modern fast food, cultural and traditional. Manchester has its own china town which is worth a visit if you enjoy chinese food its great, I would recommednthe Yang Sing.
