I am visiting Ocho Rios (Jamacia) for one day. What should I do?

I'm interested in anything, especially if it sounds odd. Despite enjoying it, the last thing I want to be doing is lying on a beach.

I don't know but ONE DAY?! What a teaser I'd hate to leave. Try parasailing. It's super fun and that water is perfect for an up high viewpoint.

I just came from there. They have some really neat shops-you can haggle them down a lot on the prices, try the local jerk chicken, Dunn's River Falls is very cool, also.
