I am wanting to hatch some chickens at home.

I need an incubator and I am not sure where to get one either to hire or buy. I would love my boys to share the responsibility and excitement of hatching some baby chicks which will later hopefully (if we get some girls) lay us some eggs. (the boys will be going to a friend)

I don't know where abouts you live but if it's in Brisbane there is a place called "Henny Penny". They hire incubators.

well instead of getting a incubator you could just get a hen and get some fertilized eggs for her to sit on! my friend had baby chicks this way and they have grown up and she still has them now!
