osb isn't the best subfloor, I hope that its at least 3/4", and tounge and grooved?  if you want to fix this, you need to sand down the butt joints, you can do this effectivly with a electric hand planer, or more slowly with a course grit belt sander.  You can then mix a leveler to fill in remaining gaps

youd have one heck of job doing something like that go to store  buy some floor leveling compound  easy and cheap to use
