  1. Well, first of all you need to decide what you are going to sell. Is it going to be your old things or you are going to make new things to sell. Will it be a second-hand shop or a crafts shop or another type of shop (whatever you were planning to make).

You need to get a set loan and decide over how long a period of time you are going to pay it back.

You need to find a suitable location, depending on what you are selling and how much you can afford to pay in rent.

At first the only employees will probably be you and members of your family who are willing to help you, maybe your husband if you have one or retired relatives who can help a few hours a day. You can start paying staff once you've earned enough money to be able to give them a good enough wage to choose you over another employer.

It's hard work and you'll have to put a lot of effort into it, but if you succeed it will pay off.

Oh, and to save money get a good accountant.

  2. Hopefully your planning on growing your own weed, as theres a severe shortage at the moment. i'll take a half O if you are

  3. Check out the pitfalls first & get as much support from friends & family don`t jump straight in without a back up plan, source your chosen field? is it viable,is anyone else doing the same? The more info you have first hand should put you at ease, get a good accountant not a cowboy & Good Luck.
