I am watching this video why does it keep stalling and says buffering?

pause the video and leave it alone for a couple of minutes. that way, the video will load and you shouldn't have any problems

When a video is 'Buffering' it means that your computer is downloading or streaming the next bit of the video. They only way to watch a video with it not stopping at all is to start it playing, pause it and then wait for it to fully Buffer.
