  1. Take a hot shower or bath and then get out and get on all fours and let your belly "drop" towards the floor.  It may relieve some pressure from your back.

You can also get on your knees and put your arms resting on a chair.  Anything to get that pressure away from your back.

    Do some yoga stretches.

    Good luck!

  2. hi my name is Amber not nick lol is  the pain coming and going?  if its Flank pain (which feels like your back is a rubberband being pulled to opposite sides) that  comes and goes it  could be  back labor. thats what all my contractions felt like.  you also could be starting to drop..you'll start breathing better and peeing more..if you are  too worried contact your ob/gyn

  3. try to get your partner to give you a gentle back massage and try to rest if you can, try putting a pillow or cushion behind you, otherwise there is not a lot you can do, keep up the good work your nearly there, congrats on your little girl something extra you can do an exercise gently though, get down on your hands and knees and arch your back up and gently down(pushing your belly down towards floor and up like a cat)

  4. I was all about the warm shower/bathes.... as often as I could everyday.  SO nice, so relaxing...

How is the position of your baby?

Is there a telephone service you can call and talk to a nurse to help you figure out if you need medical help?

If everything is okay and it is just painful.... just have to stick it out... don't take pain meds as it is bad for baby's development.

    Good Luck

  5. Hi

I would suggest you lie back on plain surface and then keep your hands close to your sides facing down and then slowly lift your right leg, inhale when you do it and then you can exhale when you drop your leg slowly, you have follow the same for the other leg as well, keep doing it for 10-15mins and you feel the difference.

  6. I'm about 30wks and have the same problem (I have also had back pain with my other pregnancies- I already have 2 kids). I'm assuming the majority of the pain is centered in your lower back? Pregnancy and childbirth can put your tailbone out of place (it's natural and in time it will move back into place on it's own). Another cause of backpain- your back has to support your belly and by now it'd be much bigger and heavier than your usual belly size.

On the bright side- you're 36weeks, you wont be pregnant much longer. Congratulations and good luck!
