I am wondering how I get a birth certificate/death certificate for my son's grandfather? Circa 1915?

    If the birth year was less the 100 years and death was less than 70 years ago, written proof of consent  from immediate next of kin (spouse, children, parents, or siblings) is required to release the requested information - if none of these people are living, there may be an exception.  More information and the application form is located at this site:
