  1. Well the answer of this question depends upon where u are. I only know the rules of Ontario waters but if he is in Ontario he can NOT drive one until he is age 16 with a boating license. I hope this helps. =)  the rules on the link below apply to all of ontario

  2. he can drive it but not legally. he'll need to pass the coast guard test and then, local laws may not allow it.

  3. Check with local police/marine patrol or local coast guard.  Most states require operators of PWC to be 16 or 18 years old.

  4. For the State of Ohio

The Education Law Does NOT Change Operator Age Laws

PWC (Personal Watercraft, known by the common trade names of Ski-Doo, Waverunner, SeaDoo, etc.)

Children under 12 may not operate PWC, not even with an education certificate.

Children 12 to 15 can operate PWC as long as they are under the direct supervision of an adult (18 or older) who is onboard AND as long as the child AND the supervising adult (if born on or after January 1, 1982) have education certificates.

Children 16 or older can operate PWC as long as they have an education certificate. Adult supervision is not required.

PWC operators and supervising adults born on or after January 1, 1982, must fulfill Ohio's Mandatory Education Law.

  5. he needs to get hs bopating license. wel.. he has to take a boating class to get tht. talk to ur local police department they usually have classes to talk.

  6. i bet you he could

but legally you need to at least have a permit.
