I am wondering why liberals are so on this kick about Palin not having experience?

When you come to think of it. Obama, McCain, or Biden does not have as much executive experience as Palin. She is the head of a state. They are just senators! McCain's foreign experience with Palin's witt. Admit it! This is a ticket that can not be beat! Think about it! This is between Obama and McCain for president. Obama is the one who wants to be head of the union, but he has zero experience! Palin has been head of a state for 2 years and obama has been running for president for 2 years. Do the math! DON'T VOTE FOR THIS MAN obama!

Politics is the only profession wherein 'experience' is a negative. The more 'experience' you gain in politics, the more corrupt you become - and the less attentive you are to the business at hand: that of being a public servant.

I believe Obama's 'inexperience' will serve him well. I believe Palin's 'inexperience' will serve her well. Actually, I'd like to see an Obama/Palin ticket and eliminate the McCain/Biden guys who are part of the 'good ol' boy' system inside the beltway.    -RKO-   08/30/08

Palin is head of a state that has less than 1/10th the population of New York City.  Bush had "executive experience" and look where that has gotten us.

McCain and his supporters were emphasizing the necessity of "experience." If McCain and his supporters want to emphasize experience then you shouldn't complain when the charge of lack thereof is thrown back at you. McCain has completely negated his experience argument by choosing someone as his VP who has so little.

im just getting my kicks out of it b/c mccain and the gop were attacking obama about how inexperienced he is. and they he picks someone who is roughly as inexperienced as obama. to put it in a rep. view. its like al gore. we have to take care of the earth, recycle, and reduce our carbon footprint. oh ignore my house that is huge and extremely wasteful.  its something like that. completely hypocritical and makes your head explode from confusion

Palin's executive experience is insufficient.  Not all governorships are created equal.  Alaska is not California.  In any event, Palin has been there less than 2 years.  Before that, her experience is running a small town of less than 10,000 people.  My neighborhood has more people in it than that.

Palin will help McCain with rank and file conservatives but no one else.  Independents and Dems won't vote for a 72 year old cancer prone candidate and his fledgling VP.
