I am working as office staff , i have good personality but nowerdays my stomach is bit coming front ?

  1. As age goes by, the pouch (stomach or food pipe-channels) gets expanded (I presume).  This can well be managed by undergoing some yoga postures.  Try it out through some yoga classes.

    Trees and humans as they grow

    older, they bound to grow  larger.

    Unless you  do daily exercise, you

    will not control your stomach.

  4. You have to sleep  straight on the floor with your hand up above the head for few minutes do it regularly then your problem will be solved.  

  5. try to do work out in your stomach this is due to your seat posture in your office.

  6. first of all you should do some exercise in the morning. join some of the gems which help you a lot. follow all the instructions given in the gem. i have try this and it helps me a lot.
