I am working in a real estate in dubai for 1 year. I got a better offer in freezone. am i going to exit after the cancellation of visa?

as long as you're under unlimited contract and the real estate company you're working for will provide an NOC, you won't have a problem. instead of having it cancelled, ask for a transfer from your company to the new one in jafza. you won't have to exit.
