    I could tell you like a hundred things that you need or could do to better yourself.

    Simply put HR is not enough .

    I hope you arent handling any specialised work there yet.


  2. HR has some uncool work that has no one looking after it.  Compliance tracking like HIPAA in the benefits area is an example.  Get noticed by offering to pick it up and get expert at it.  A lot of uncool work actually requires a lot of knowledge and experience.
