  1. This has been asked before, call the Irish embassy and ask them

    Irish Embassy

    17 Grosvenor Place,

    London SW1X 7HR.

    Tel: 020 7235 2171 - Fax: 020 7

    Ireland Visa and Passport Sections

    Montpelier House,

    106 Brompton Road,

    London SW3 1JJ.

  2. No you do not need a visa to travel between the UK and Europe

  3. Up until recently no, but since 9/11 who knows

  4. If you have a passport from the EU then you don't need a visa. Otherwise you do.

  5. Probably technically you do, but the border between UK and Ireland is pretty much open (like between Schengen countries).

ID is usually checked if you fly in, but if you were to go to Northern Ireland and go in across the land border you would be unlikely to have any trouble.

Or just get a visa and be safe - if you have right of UK residency, you're very unlikely to have any problem getting one.

  6. If you are a native of any country within the E.U., then you do not need a visa to travel to Ireland. Your passport would suffice.

  7. Depends on what passport/citizenship you hold.  A work permit in England does not equal permission to enter Ireland.

  8. depend on your p port
