  1. just get a brief idea about ur success of last 6 yrs if u feel that u have gain something pls dont go for another but if u feel otherway pls just get rid of from  that.

  2. Well this depends on your current job. People change jobs for oppurtunities and for recognition. If you are happy and benefitted from your current job there is no need to do that.

Changing a job also has some cost to pay like changing your apratment, moving your kids (if you have some), adjusting to the new environment etc, but if all this get paid off by your new offer then definitely your should. After all a sound mind is necessary for a sound body.

  3. Keep your current job if you are happy with your work..  Naturally you want to make your finances grow.  Get some ideas for extra income....

I suggest  you take a trial at

  4. check  out the promotion chances and level of competence.. and challenges.. ..if thing k that u need more toughness or competition..  then  the present one..then u shud change the job..

  5. Two broad theories are offered in similar situations. Ultimately, it is your prudence that will take you to places and get you rise in your career.

One theory is to stick to the company if you have job satisfaction and you are happy (including money matters). This gives you a platform to reach higher levels through loyalty, better understanding of the company's business, culture, continuity and deeper involvement by every day.

Second theory is to make a move after some time and learn new things, new exposure, new efforts to make your place in the changed company, learn its business and culture and after some time make another move and so on. Here people keep moving till they are middle aged professionally, and then start feeling tiring - more mentally, and look for a final change to settle there till superannuation.

We have successful and very successful people in higher positions of companies mostly those who have been loyal and have comparatively long stay in those companies. In second situation, the employees normally get out of employment before superannuation in majority of the cases and are found practising as consultants, retainers etc in their later part after middle age or so.

You may gain or loose in either situations. Loyalty do pay but exceptions are also found. Weigh all pros and cons in the situation very specific to your case and make a suitable move - making yourself fully prepared mentally for everything that may follow.

    Good Luck.

  7. Yes you should go for another company if u r not satisfied with your present job.. If i m at ur place or i am working with the same co. from last 6 years i would like to go for better opportunity or i don't want to loose my chance to change my job.. i would like to get experience from another company.. hope u satisfied with my answer and go for a change.. bye and best of luck

  8. I've been a recruiter for about 10 years now and I can tell you that 6 years is more then respectable at 1 company.  It's a good idea to gain experience at several companies throughout your career.  Hiring managers like to see candidates with not only loyalty, but also adaptability and skills gained by working on several different products.  Also, the market is hot right now for employees...use it to your advantage!  Just my 2 cents.  Good luck!

  9. if u are not earning between 50 000 and 80 000 rupees then u should look some where else
